The Scope
KC Demo, Inc. is proud to be offering superior commercial and residential demolition services in the Kansas City and surrounding areas.
The scope of work we perform includes demo of interior walls, ceilings, ductwork, flooring materials, casework, cabinetry, doors, frames, hardware, lighting, selective equipment, windows, concrete slab trenches, and facades. All demo materials removed are legally disposed of and recycled.
All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing that we remove is disconnected and made safe by the MEP contractor prior to removal.
We are strictly a demo contractor and are not associated with any part of the build back process.
Commercial
We specialize in commercial demolition from white box to selective interior and exterior demolition of restaurants, offices, stores, banks, hotels/motels, apartments, store front facades and much more.
Residential
We also specialize in residential demo ranging from whole house interior demolition to selective room removal.
